They are produced in 100% virgin and recyclable Food Safe plastic, ideal for transporting food safely, as it eliminates the risk of contamination.
They are the lightest and most resistant on the market and are in service for up to 120 distribution cycles with high performance and 100% functionality, until they are finally recycled.
The design of the containers is ergonomic, so it facilitates the loading and unloading of products with more agility and less physical effort or eventual injuries by employees.
The unique design allows them to be folded in up to 2 seconds, and then allows secure and stable palletizing, saving up to 84% of space with static stacking up to 350 kg.
With engineering development (R&D), HB containers can then accommodate 5 to 11% more content than traditional containers.
In the transport of products there is, in turn, up to 50% gain in the use of the cubic capacity of the truck. This is because it is possible to stack even more containers safely.
With rounded corners and anatomical shape, they surprisingly reduce damages, twists, dents and impairments to products in the transport by 96%
